At Shellback, being part of a community means more than building on its streets. Shellback Gives Back began in 2020 as an employee holiday volunteer day - a simple way for our team to serve together. What started as a simple gesture has grown into an annual initiative that brings our employees, partners, and community together in support of a thoughtfully chosen local organization each year.
Rooted in our people-first culture and shared sense of unity, Shellback Gives Back reflects the same values that guide our work: care for others, teamwork, and a commitment to making a meaningful impact beyond the jobsite.

SKYLINE URBAN OUTREACH
Bridging the gaps. Lighting the shadows.
Last Christmas, Shellback was proud to partner with Skyline, an organization dedicated to serving those living in the shadows of our community. Skyline’s mission is to bridge resource gaps for Oklahoma City’s working poor, offering help with kindness, respect, and dignity. Through their wide range of programs, including a food resource center, mobile pantry, eye clinic, style shop, and working garden, Skyline provides vital support and a model of compassion for others seeking to make a difference in their own communities.
At Shellback, we share Skyline’s values of hard work, people-first service, resourcefulness, and community collaboration. We are honored to contribute to their efforts in uplifting OKC’s working families and helping neighbors get back on their feet.
